Privacy Policy
VapeNatics (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via bank transfer/EFT into the VapeNatics bank account, the details of which will be provided.
Return and Refund Policy
The provision of goods and services by VapeNatics is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, VapeNatics will refund the client in full within 5 working days.
Item Returned to Shipper / Incorrect Shipping Information
If you have provided VapeNatics with an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping costs as well as the re-delivery costs.
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address upon placing the order on VapeNatics website. While checking out, the buyer will have a chance to review the shipping information before submitting the order. VapeNatics will ship the order to the address as it appears on their website. VapeNatics is not responsible for items shipped to a wrong or incomplete address.
Custom Duties, Taxes, VAT, Fees
When the receiver is located outside the South Africa territory, VapeNatics (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any extra financial charges the customer may incur when collecting/clearing the shipped item.
Detailed description of goods
VapeNatics is an online platform for users to purchase Vapeing products. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by those changed conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must stop using the site and leave it immediately. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller, or their respective affiliates, directors, officers or shareholders, of any aromatherapy products on this website shall be held responsible for the misuse of the same or the misuse of any oil or botanical. You, the purchaser and/or user of this device, are responsible for your own use of such products.
Before you make a purchase through our online store, we highly recommend to carefully research the product that you are intending on purchasing. Any return/exchange must be in brand new condition and “unused”. If you would like additional information about the product you are interested in please feel free to call our office and ask us questions. We are well experienced and very knowledgeable and would be happy to assist you in finding the Product that is right for you.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

VapeNatics takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and VapeNatics chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,

VapeNatics may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
