RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, the VapeNatics squad is always on hand to help.

Should you wish to make a return please contact the VapeNatics squad to arrange.

Any item purchased from VapeNatics must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition, unused and unopened for vape juice.

Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

VapeNatics will swap out a vape juice product that is not moving for a product that moves within your shop. Swap outs will be done on a like for like basis ie a Dinnerlady product for a Dinnerlady product.

Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.

Vape Store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Return of defective products

Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that customer will have to process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly.

Exchange

In case your product is defective out of the box, we will exchange it as long as it’s returned UNUSED –in new condition– and in their original packaging with all product component parts. Return claims must be filled in within 3 days of receipt of the defective item. The shipping charges to return an item back to VapeNatics are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.

VapeNatics is not responsible for items damaged through improper use.

All returns/exchanges must include an RMA number which can be acquired by filling our Returns form. Do not return any goods unless you have an authorized RMA number. VapeNatics is not responsible for items sent to us without an RMA number. Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Returned After 30 Days

Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.
