Shipping Policy

For all shipments VapeNatics provides a Door-to-Door courier delivery service via The Courier Guy.

VapeNatics charges a flat fee for delivery of R150

VapeNatics uses a next day service for all parcels that are shipped and we usually dispatch orders within 24 hours once payment has been received: all orders placed and paid for before 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day if stock is available.

Delivery to outlying areas, farm & plots, mines, resorts & lodges, townships, hospitals, hospices and government buildings can take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Your shipment notification and tracking numbers are sent to you by email and you can check the progress of your delivery online.

All orders are shipped in a discreet package with no mention of content.

Although every effort is made to insure that the product’s packaging is received in perfect conditions, VapeNatics is not responsible for any cosmetic damage occurred to the boxes during shipping. The box’s purpose is to protect the product ordered from accidental damages.

NOTE:

The courier does not deliver over the weekend and public holiday unless prior arrangements have been made.

Next Day Service may take up to 2/3 working days to deliver to ‘rural’ areas of South Africa.

At VapeNatics we stand behind every delivery, however things do sometimes go wrong no matter how hard we try. Should anything go wrong, simply call us or contact us and we will trace or replace your product if damaged.
